The Hope for Uganda Fundraiser is to create awareness and a way for YOU to impact the Acholi people through monetary means. I am fundraising to go to Uganda with Villages of Hope Africa and Lake Hills Church.
Together we can RETURN, REBUILD, and RESTORE the dignity, the heritage, and communities of Uganda!
Illiteracy is common in Uganda, particularly among females. According to the Human Development Report, for every 20 men, 80 women are illiterate. In the villages we are going to about 90% of the people are illiterate.
